We conducted our own research and then compared to other international sources; this is the third consecutive year that we are seeing the same concern where investing in global human capital competency is the trending need across the globe. Our research shown that small, medium and large organizations that are conducting business across borders are dramatically vocal about their inabilities in coping up with the demand of a global market. The readiness of global competency among employees and leaders do not add up. There is a big deficiency gap of skills and competency in order to successfully achieve their global business goals.
